01- You define Your Ideal Professional
We provide a standard profile for each professional, detailing their minimum education level, years of experience, and proficiency with the required technologies.
Your specific requirements, such as particular technologies, level of expertise, and desired personal characteristics, are added to this profile.
02 - We hunt, test, and catalog candidates for you
We search both our internal team and the external market to find candidates that match your profile. Every candidate undergoes a technical interview and an English test.
The results are compiled into a concise report, which includes the outcomes of the tests and each candidate's experience in a standard format and sent to you for review.
03 - You interview the candidate
All selected candidates are scheduled for interviews with your team. We coordinate and follow up on each interview, allowing your team to focus on selecting the ideal candidates.
04 - We hire and monitor the professional
We hire the professional, provide all necessary equipment and licenses, and onboard them internally with our company's procedures. We then schedule a kickoff meeting with your team.
From there, we monitor the professional to ensure performance and cultural fit with your team, providing progress reports during regular meetings between our operations manager and you.

FAQ
How outsourcing works?
Once you approve a professional, we sign an agreement, and the work begins.
How is outsourcing billed?
We bill monthly after the service has been provided. The invoice includes a detailed report showing how the resources have been allocated. Any changes to the allocated hours or billing must be approved by the client in advance.
How is outsourcing priced?
The fixed price table allows for accurate cost prediction when expanding or reducing your team.
How does deallocation work?
For part-time professionals, you may deallocate any number of professionals with 20 days’ prior notice.
What happened if the professional does not meet the performance level agreed?
Including a performance clause in the agreement is challenging, as performance can vary based on development conditions. If the client is dissatisfied with a professional’s performance, we will halt their work and provide a replacement.
Is equipment included in the outsourced price?
We also provide a Microsoft Office license, an internal company email, and an Azure DevOps Basic license. For Project Managers, we additionally provide a Microsoft Project Professional license.
Any other required licenses may be supplied by the client.
Is It Possible to Hire One of the Outsourced Professionals Directly?
Due to a non-competition clause in the agreement, direct hiring of our professionals is not allowed. However, exceptions can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Who Manages the Outsourced Professionals?
• Monitoring the execution of development tasks
• Planning development cycles
• Coordinating meetings and adhering to the development framework
• Documenting completed work
If a single professional is provided to complement an existing team, the client is responsible for management.
However, when a complete team is provided, which includes a Tech Leader or a Senior position, it is up to the client to decide who will manage the team.
Regardless of the management structure, we monitor every professional to ensure compatible performance and compliance with the client’s guidelines.
What Information Is Provided Every Month for Billing Purposes?
We provide a monthly report detailing the number of days and hours worked, the main tasks performed, and the full name and position of each professional.
Where Are the Professionals Located and Are They Legally Registered?
Proof of employment can be provided if needed and all professionals work remotely.
How is Billing Processed?
All billing is processed from our United States office, and invoices are issued by our Florida company.
