Project overview
The Attorney General’s Office of Brazil previously used a legacy web system to manage its private health insurance plans for members. This system allowed basic interactions like accessing digital ID cards, submitting reimbursement requests, and obtaining authorizations.
To modernize the service and enhance the user experience, we developed a new application that incorporates these functionalities while adhering to best practices in UI/UX design. The result is a cross-platform app integrated with a CMS, facilitating user management, message delivery, and campaign management.
