We provide a transparent price table by role and expertise level. Squads (such as Development or Data squads) have monthly ranges for predictable budgeting. Pricing depends on:

  • Seniority and skills required

  • Type of engagement (augmentation, dedicated team, project)

  • Squad composition (e.g., Standard Development Squad, Data Analytics Squad)

Billing is handled monthly from our US office (Florida), after services are delivered. Invoices include:

  • Hours/days worked

  • Tasks performed

  • Professionals’ names and positions

Yes. We offer scalability and flexibility:

  • Full-time professionals: deallocation with 45 days’ notice.

  • Part-time professionals: deallocation with 20 days’ notice.
    Teams can also be scaled up quickly as project demands grow.

If a client is not satisfied, we pause the engagement and provide a replacement at no additional cost. Performance and cultural fit are monitored by our Dedicated Operations Manager to minimize risks.

  • Staff Augmentation: You manage the professional directly.

  • Dedicated Teams: Management can be shared; squads typically include a Tech Lead/Senior.

  • Project-Based Outsourcing: Waven takes full management and governance.

  • In all cases, we assign a Dedicated Ops Manager to ensure quality and smooth collaboration.

We provide all professionals with:

  • High-performance laptop, webcam, and microphone
  • Microsoft Office and Azure DevOps Basic license
  • Company email
  • For PM roles: Microsoft Project Professional license

Other specialized licenses can be supplied by the client if needed.

Direct hiring is restricted due to non-compete clauses but can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

We provide a monthly report detailing the number of days and hours worked, the main tasks performed, and the full name and position of each professional.

Our professionals are in the United States, Brazil, the United Kingdom, and Canada. We will disclose the location of each professional before their respective interviews. We have established companies in all these countries, and professionals are registered as employees or direct contractors in accordance with local regulations.

Proof of employment can be provided if needed and all professionals work remotely.
